Terms & booking conditions
Reservations
A reservation is confirmed once you receive a booking reference by email. Requests made less than six hours before departure must be arranged directly with our team.
Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include Portuguese VAT. You may pay your driver on the day or use a secure payment link we send you. We do not store card details.
Cancellations and changes
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your start time. Later cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full. We may adjust an itinerary for weather, traffic or monument closures, and will always propose an equivalent alternative.
Passengers and safety
Passenger numbers may not exceed the licensed capacity of the vehicle. Seat belts are mandatory and child seats are provided free of charge when requested. Our drivers may refuse transport where safety or the law requires it.
Liability
We operate fully licensed and insured vehicles for tourist transport in Portugal. We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, extreme weather or road closures.
