How and when do I pay?

You can reserve now and pay your driver on the day, or ask us for a secure payment link. We never store your card details — online card payments are processed by our payment provider's secure checkout.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your start time for standard tours and transfers. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged, since the driver and vehicle are reserved for you.

Can you provide child seats?

What if my flight is delayed?
